Temos uma rede de aproximadamente dois mil clientes na sua grande maioria postos de combustíveis Alguns únicos e outros em rede. Em todos clientes temos um sistema ERP e um sistema de caixas, linguagens utilizadas Delphi e C# respectivamente.
Nossos bancos de dados tem cerca de 240 tabelas no ERP e 150 no sistema de caixa, as maiores bases contem aproximadamente 20GB, Todo o movimento do caixa é replicado automaticamente no ERP gerando um grande número atualizações no banco de dados principal.
Utilizamos principalmente o FBScanner com a finalidade capturar as queries geradas pelos sistemas, com isso conseguimos Identificar com exatidão as causas de muitos problemas e assim atuar de forma precisa e eficiente.
Antes da utilização do FBScanner isso só seria possível com a ajuda dos programadores, ficando assim, Pelo menos duas pessoas envolvidas no mesmo problema.
