HQbird Professional (monitoring, backups, optimization) and FirstAID, licensed for use with your business software during the subscription.
Training
Two sessions (about two hours each) on installing and configuring HQbird and related tools. See also Firebird training.
Monitoring and protection
Health alerts, metadata copies for emergency recovery, and help configuring DataGuard / transaction monitoring on customer sites.
Performance incidents
Optimization support using hardware/OS details plus logs (transaction monitor, scanner, gstat, DataGuard). Remote desktop is typical. Start with the questionnaire.
