HQbird 2024R2 Update 13

This is a focused minor release built around a single major feature: the ability to create indices concurrently in Firebird 5.

Many database administrators have lost sleep creating indices at night to avoid impacting production. In some cases, a CREATE INDEX or ALTER INDEX operation running during production hours has caused databases to become unresponsive.

With HQbird 5.0.5.1838, this is no longer necessary. The new CREATE INDEX CONCURRENTLY command allows indices to be created without blocking database operations.

This release also includes additional improvements and bug fixes, including enhancements to silent installation and uninstallation.
