HQbird 2020 Update 7

IBSurgeon is happy to present HQbird 2020, Update 7.

This version includes mostly bug fixes and small improvements:

1. Fix for processing prepared queries in tracing
2. Fixes and improvements in Performance Reports processing, now it is capable to process extra large trace outputs
3. Added web notifications about alerts (for users of HQbird Control Center)
4. Added timeout (60 minutes) for uploading large files to FTP/etc via Transfer Files options
5. Various small fixes and improvements
