HQbird 2020 Update 5

IBSurgeon releases HQbird 2020, Update 5

This update contains the following changes:

1. Changed error reporting in firebird.log, now it sends a cumulative report for the past day. Also, heartbeat alerts is sent every day
2. FBScanner now can replace SQL query texts on the fly. For example, if you have software without sources, and the only way to optimize SQL is to change its text
3. Incremental backup improvements, now each level can be started separately
4. Performance Tab improvements – now we can open recent reports from the drop-down list
5. Updated tzdata, fixed Java version check on Linux (HQbird requires version 1.8), and several bugfixes
